Hatching
Our advanced hatchery ensures biosecurity and produces pheasant and partridge chicks, available for orders on Mondays.
Hatching
All our pheasant and partridge chicks are produced in our own hatchery which operates a one-way system reducing the risk of cross contamination during the different incubation and hatching stages. The last egg collection takes place in the late afternoon, after which the eggs are transported to the egg washing facility where they are processed through several of the highest quality egg washing machines on the market.
After this, the eggs are dipped in a disinfectant solution before being graded and let to cool in the temperature-controlled egg storage area. To tightly enforce biosecurity and monitor contamination, hatchery surfaces are routinely swabbed. By operating a strict biosecurity regime at all times, the risk of infections dramatically decreases giving customers a strong healthy chick.
Our hatch day is Monday, and we are happy to accommodate large or small orders of pheasant and partridge.
